Cationic Polyacryamide

 

Application:

 

     Cationic polyacrylamide, as a flocculant agent, mainly used in urban sewage treatment, paper making, food processing, petrochemical, metallurgical, miner dressing, dyeing, sugar making and all kinds of industrial wastewater treatment.

     As chemical material in oil field, used as clay anti-swell agent, acidizing densifier in oil field, etc.

     Paper-making Auxiliary: Cationic PAM paper reinforce is water-soluble cationic polymer having the functions of reinforcing, retention-adding and filtration-adding. It can effectively improve the paper strength. It is also a high efficient disperser.

Cationic PAM Specification:

Product Advantages:

1) It can be used as a flocculent in clear water drilling.

2) It also restricts the interaction of water hydratable & dispersable shales.

3) It functions as an inhibitor by coating or encapsulating formation & cuttings.

4) It also provides inhibition properties to fresh water, sea water and also in presence of calcium ions.

 

Cautions:

 

1) Dissolution operation shall be done in plastic, porcelain and stainless steel agitator tanks and far away from irons.2) It is required to place in cool dry rooms(below 35 celsius degree),and prevent high temperature and sunshine in transportation and storage.

 

 

Cationic PAM is used as flocculent and sludge dewatering agent in waste-water processing. In paper-making industry, it is used as retention aid. In textile industry, it is used as fabric conditioning agent.
